Refund policy
Returns:
There are no returns allowed on livestock items. Please see the Livestock Guarantee for details if you have a livestock death.
All drygoods orders are subject to this return policy:
Items that are purchased automatically have a 5 day return policy by SaltCritters.com.
All return items must be in new unopened condition. We will not accept returns of used items.
All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions.

Cancellations:
If you want to cancel your order please contact us via the chat button, at the bottom right of the screen. We can usually cancel it for you if it's not already being processed. If it's a drop shipped item, that we have already had ordered for you, then we can't cancel the order. Please note that any order cancellation will be issued as store credit or can be refunded with a 10% fee to cover credit card and processing fees that aren’t refunded to us.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong items:
Let's face it we are human and although rare mistakes do happen. If you receive a damaged item, wrong item, or have a missing item please contact us via the chat button, at the bottom right of the screen, within 12 hours of delivery. We will need pictures of any damaged or wrong items, and possibly pictures of the box with the box size. Please KEEP the box and packaging materials, in case the shipping company needs to inspect it. If you're missing an item or received the wrong item we will give you a refund for that item or ship you the correct item. Missing Livestock items will be refunded, due to shipping costs we can't resend a missing livestock item. If you received the wrong item we may have you send the wrong item back, we will cover return shipping, before a refund or replacement is given.
